Dave Gwin
Captain Dave has been guiding aboard the HAWG'N III for 20 years and he knows Lake Erie like the back of his hand. Dave is an experienced walleye hunter who has little patience for "unproductive waters." He firmly believes in the run and gun method of finding the fish, but he is as good a finesse fisherman you will find in still waters. Dave can nimbly run bow to stern to guide the elusive fish into the nets to insure that "if you hook'em..he'll net'em!!!"
Steve Ashley
Captain Steve has been fishing the HAWG'N Too for 20 years and he was the co-founder of Hawg'n Charter Service with Dave. Steve is also an experienced walleye hunter who sometimes performs miracle rod recoveries, by diving into the lake to save his gear. Steve is a patient fisherman who prefers to calmly let his bottom bouncers catch huge fish while he squirts spent tobacco into a can.
Karl Burris
Captain Karl, or 'Booger' to his buddies, is the third member of the crew. Retired from the Ohio State Patrol, Booger has been arresting fish for over ten years now. HAWG'N is the boogman's home.
